Keeps feet dry

Heel slipped, otherwise a great boot!
Everything about this boot was great - style, quality, price, warmth, easy on/off...but my heel slipped inside the boot with every step. No matter how I adjusted the laces, nothing helped. Had to return. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
